NOIRE understands that human services organizations and the individuals who operate within them face multifaceted and complex human and organizational dynamics that hinder optimal performance and the achievement of desired outcomes in the lives of the people they support. With a specific emphasis on organizations that support individuals with IDD/Autism, CSTA also recognizes that these individuals and organizations require innovative approaches to thinking and acting in productive dialogue with colleagues, the people they support, and key stakeholders. The Center on Systems Thinking and Analysis approaches these issues through the lens of systems thinking and utilizes this lens in the development and evaluation of organizations, their structures, and the individuals who function within them.
